Our string is said to be the toughest and has been proven to withstand tension. However, it is still string and liable to break with excessive tugging, so be mindful.​

Repairs for damages will only be done once, within the 7 days before a fee will be necessary. If your strand keeps breaking then you need to pay attention to what you're doing when they break, the colors you are choosing, the purpose of that bead and if you are properly sizing yourself for the bead. We are not responsible for strands that are too small as we use the size YOU give us when you order the strand and we give up to 2 additional inches to the strand by default.
