Shipping policy

Due to the handmade nature of this craft we are asking you to give us up to 14 business days to process, create and size your strand. although it may not take the full 14 days, depending on orders that maybe ahead of yours and holidays during USPS peak season we ask for an additional 5 days.

Once your package is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number, once that happens your packing is in the hands of USPS. Please contact them for claims regarding delays or lost/stolen packages.

HipHalos holds no responsibility for addresses that are incomplete, incorrect or not picked up in a timely manner. If you notice that you may have given us the wrong address please reach out as soon as possible before we ship. Any package that is shipped out and returned to us will not be reshipped until shipping fee is covered by you with updated shipping information. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by customs on international orders. Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.​
