For hygienic reasons no refunds will be accepted. For damaged or broken strands (up to 7days) please email a clear picture to HipHalos.waistbeads@icloud.com of damages and a replacement strand will be sent.

BEADS RESERVATIONS

No beads will be reserved with out a deposit or full payment. Custom orders require a deposit.

BREAKING

Beads will break overtime as you gain weight, tug, or simple wear and tear. We are not responsible for damaged beads due to wrong sizes or excessive pulling. Be mindful of your beads.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-10 business days for beads to be created and shipped. All orders will not need the full 10 days but our pieces are handmade and require time and patience is required.
